LOVE LETTER TO MY BODY

Here is an exercise to help you love yourself the way you are.

In a Journal or a Diary, write these questions with the answers (no lies, that would be pointless anyways) and write the first thing that come to mind... think of yourself as the person you love the most in the world... and if you have a hard time, look at yourself trough the eyes of someone that loves you unconditionally.

Why?

I love my (type) lips
Why?

I love my ears
Why?

I love my shoulders and arms
Why?

I love my breasts (or chest for men)
Why?

I love my belly
Why?

I love my sexual parts
Why?

I love my butt
Why?

I love my back
Why?

I love my legs
Why?

I love my feet
Why?

I love my hands
Why?

I love my brain
Why?

I love my organs
Why?

Once you are done read all your answers again... When you feel down or low or have a moment of hatred towards your body...read it again and again...(hope this helps...sure did for me...still is actually)
